It's gloomy outside. No exercise class time works in my schedule today. I'm so cranky. I can theoretically exercise at home but I'm struggling to get myself off the couch.
(This is not a therapy, medication, etc post. This is a, "I'm cranky and unmotivated but I know I'll feel better if I can figure out how to ground then push myself" post.)
I could ask myself what reward I'd want after, but I'm in too much of a bad mood for that.

My latest quick tricks are: ask Hashem for help, and take a long, slow deep breath. If I can get myself to do one or both, it's usually helpful.

my motto is just do it!!
don't think into it... just gooo (this goes not only for excersise but for other things as well..)
op, just go!! you could do it, you'll feel great after, make a timer and goooo!
