Hi,
Can anyone post a shepherds pie recipe using dark ground chicken? Thanks!

No specific recipe. I brown/cook the chicken in a frying pan. Keep on stirring to break up the meat. Add a little ketchup and bar b q sauce. If it's too watery put it on high heat for a few min till the water evaporates. Put the meat in a pan. Make mashed potatoes with sauteed onions. Put the mashed potatoes on top of the chicken and bake.

I don't know. I just check it after abt 45 min if its done. The mashed potatoes are supposed to brown a little. When I'm happy how brown it is I take it out. Usually abt 45 min to an HR.

Do you mean ground dark meat chicken or chopped up like leftovers from

That's what I understood. I thought it was pretty clear. You wrote "ground".
