Can adding wefts of hair to a wig make the cut look uneven?

I got wefts of hair added to the sides of my Sheitel and now the cut of my side bangs look uneven. Did this ever happen to you. I got the hair added right after I got the cut so I am not sure if it’s the weft that made it look uneven or if I just didn’t notice that the cut wasn’t even.

The wig needs a recut after wefts are added.
