I know someone Yaakov Pinchas and I really like that combo. Idk if you want to add a name before but thought I would throw it out there.

Pinchas Aryeh goes!
Pinchas Simcha, not so much.
Dovid is nice either before or after the “Pinchas”.
OP, do you need boy names? Girl names?

Leah is a go-to.
Usually, the less syllables, the better.

Are you adding a name because you need a second name, or are you adding a name to someone who already has a name?

I would find something with meaning that spoke to me
My grandmother suffered from mental health problems. If I used her name (not sure if I would), I’d add Rina
My good friend added Malka because “my bubby was a queen”
For dd we added Miriam because she was born Shabbos Shira

I also like the idea of adding a name to counteract the reason you are adding a name.
Had we had the zechut to name for my Grandmother, who had dementia, we would have added Bina.
Chaya/Serach for someone who didn’t live a long life
Tova for someone who was not so good/nice
Rina/Aliza for someone who’s life was bitter.
You get the idea.
Do you want to share with us either the name you have to see what rolls well or what the situation is for a good complimentary name? Obviously, your choice to share is your choice, but it may be more helpful if we have direction.

I added Chaya to my daughter who is named after a grandmother that was murdered by the Nazis in the Holocaust.
In general, Chaya is a good name if the reason is that she didn't live a long life. Some people do Alta.
Or add a name related to the time of year. Like Hadassah or Esther if the baby is born in Adar, or Yehudis for Chanukah.
Another common option is combining names. Like adding this person's mother's name, or sister's name. I'm named after my grandmother who passed away from cancer at a young age, and my other name is after her grandmother who had a long and healthy life.

Imahos names are classic - Sarah, Rivka, Rochel, Leah (Leah seems to go with EVERYTHING)
Short names are nice: Chana, Yael, Rina
It would help if you gave the first name.

I can’t give the following Sara, Leah, Chaya , rochel, miriam and rivka.
I don’t wanna give out the name since it’s very uncommon. But I’m leaning towards brocha for the addition.
