You can get scrapbook materials, and the girls can each make a page that will become part of a scrapbook for your daughter.

You can get in touch with your local Chai Lifeline and make shabbos boxes for them. The girls make them and decorate the boxes, write letters and include toys/games if you want, etc.
You can also decorate challah covers for your local hospital

We had a paint party and hafrashas challah with dough I pre-made. We gave out printed hafrashas challah cards.

Decorate a picture frame, print on pretty paper the tefillah for hafrashas challah, stick paper in frame.
Then make (and take) challah.
