Sorry I don't have a better suggestion, OP, but may you receive the help you need!

Filling up the washing cup until the top when washing for bread
Eating melava malka
Being careful never to throw out or step on bread, all my crusts go straight out the window to the birds
(This doesn’t mean I’m rich, but I do mine...)

Giving a chomesh to maaser. I've heard amazing things about this. And maaser is the area in the Torah where we're told we can test Hashem.

I'm sorry you are in this situation OP.
Im not really the segula type but I like to think that remembering that everything comes from Hashem is truly helpful.
It may be hard to accept help/tzedaka etc..keep in mind that hashem has different shluchim, a boss, job or lottery win is no less a shliach then the organization or Rav that can help. Let Hashem give to you in whatever form he comes. May he choose to come in the most dignified manner.

I just read that bentching from "inside" and saying every word clearly (not rushing) is a segula for parnasa.

Ofilling up the salt shaker/ holder for shabbos till the top.
Bentching often and with kavana.
Shlissel challah
Maaser.
In my experience, being generous to others!

I'm sorry, that's hard.
If you received the stimulus check or a donation, then you can give maaser from that.
Hashem should help you very soon.

Have kavana when you pay tuition, whatever you may pay.

Generosity. If you can't give money, give food, give time, give attention, seek out the needs in others and money will come
And when it comes, give from it
And more will come

Saying Parshas Haman every single day (it helped me immensely). On Shabbos & YT you don’t say the Yehi Ratzon from before and after. It’s in every Siddur right after Shachris, but also available in stores as a laminated Tefillah (like a bencher, etc. if you want to keep it in your handbag).
Filling up the cup when washing for bread until it overflows.
Saying birchas Hamazon with concentration at least once daily (which means washing for bread...)
Leaving your Shabbos tablecloth on at least one table until Sunday (or if you’re up till Chatzos on Motzei Shabbos, I think that qualifies).
Never stepping on bread or breadcrumbs (so making sure to sweep up right after meals or eating bread/challah in a plate or on napkins makes it simpler to upkeep).
Giving Maa’ser or a Choimesh (20%) it says “Eser Tasir bishvil Tisasher” for those asking in a previous post about skipping Maa’ser when you don’t have enough to get by financially, it’s counterproductive. But many Rabbanim hold that you can separate the 10% and then use it for tuition or paying off debts, as the act of separating is what’s needed. Of course you can only use it for something that your Rav says is permissible.
There are things for the husband to do, but I don’t think that’s what you’re asking.
Let me know if you would like sources, I don’t mind to do the research.
Wishing you much Hatzlacha and Harchava.
