Hi all! Hoping you can help me with this.. I have a bunch of things on my to do list every day, but it doesn’t feel fulfilling or like “me time.” I’d like to incorporate something interesting in my day, could be short, and ideally low effort. I would love to find something that rejuvenates me and that I can enjoy. I’ve started meditating, but I’m looking for more of a passion. I’m hoping to gain inspiration from other women like me who have managed to find something for themselves. I am an extrovert, but I need to find something that doesn’t rely on others for scheduling that ideally I can do at home. I looked at hobby lists and the only things that so far sparked interest were things in which I can move my body (playing sports, dance) but for several reasons I am unable to do those things at this point in my life. Thanks in advance!

acrylic paint is mixed with a diff. Medium that makes it pourable. Paint is poured on canvas. Canvas is tilted to move paint and design final image.

Scrapbooking family photos
Or just organize photos into albums.

Genealogy - look up family tree. Visit cemeteries to find tombstones of ancestors.

I never liked to sew, crochet, knit, etc. Once I was looking for something to do while sitting, and I found embroidery! I got this starter kit and really enjoying it more than I thought.

I love spending time on anything that needs patience and attention to detail, be it origami, kirigami, crochet, embroidery, mini dollhouse-building, diamond art, painting (by number;), polymer clay sculpting, 1000+ piece puzzles, cake decorating, baking miniatures... I could probably keep going for a while!

My other big-time hobby is reading, and I do a little photography on the side... besides for all the other things I pick up here and there because they seem interesting:)

We enjoy diamond painting sometimes, it's very relaxing. Oh, and puzzles.

But my big passion/hobby is definitely music....and I am missing my chill time right now, during Sefirah...keep passing the piano and thinking I really need Sefirah to pass by more quickly....
