Let's try to have a discussion about a topic and pretend we are our mothers.

I don't understand why children need ice cream. And why so many flavors. Is some vanilla once or twice a year not enough?

My husband’s grandmother, insisted that people wear a scarf, regardless of the temperature, when eating ice-cream so that they don’t get a cold/sick.

Growing up, all milestones were celebrated with ice cream.

When I got my first period, my mom sent my dad to Baskin Robbins to get a pint of my favorite flavor - peanut butter and chocolate. I didn't have to share it with anyone!

On the other hand, birthdays were always celebrated with pie from Marie Callendar's. Mine was always lemon meringue. I don't remember what my sister's favorite was.
