It will be different depending on if it is a charedi or dati leumi bunch.

What high school does she attend? As others have said, a lot depends on what circles you're travelling in. Also, it's pretty late in the year. What plans have her friends made for next year?

If she's Dati Leumi, there are a lot of midrashot. Some can be combined with sherut Leumi.

How old is she now? Is this planning ahead for another year or two? If she's already eighteen and has finished school, her classmates have probably been talking about plans for most of the year, and she should have some familiarity with the options.

Chedvas has a program for American Israelis. They're in Yerushalayim but girls come in every day from RBS.

All the high schools usually push their agenda in 11th grade.
chardal schools will strongly encourage sherut leumi and midrasha.
DL schools encourage sherut leumi and help with army if that's what the girl chooses.
Chareidi schools generally push midrasha/seminary.

Your daughter should know what all her friends are doing and I'm very surprised the school hasn't strongly encouraged something.
We were inundated when my kids were in 11th and 12 grades.

Off topic, but many DL schools are a lot more old fashioned and conservative than their students. Many of them highly discourage the army, even when a lot of their pupils are enlisting.
The school my dds went to very, very actively encouraged them to get a ptor from the army. And fed them a lot of nonsense about how negative the army is for girls.

OP, as others said, your dd should ask her friends. Or teachers.

I second Chedvas if she doesn't want to continue with her high school to get a degree from them.

She can also start college, something like Machon Strauss (if she is Charedi or Chardal)
