Is the only sign of her not caring that she didn't get vaccinated? You know that there are many places that are refusing to vaccinate pregnant women?
I flew to America with my husband to get vaccinated because I live in a third world country where the Covid rate is very high but right now they have a very limited supply of the vaccine. The office where I had an appointment in the US where I succeeded in getting an appointment changed their minds and said actually they can't vaccinate me since I'm pregnant, it's too risky.
Maybe your relative was also refused, or she actually is afraid of the risks and isn't just careless?

To clarify by my question it was if your family member will NOT be insulted that you are not coming then do that if you don't feel safe going to her if she is not vaccinated
If she WILL be insulted still don't go but find a really nice way to tell her

Why don't you ask her if she prefers not to be around your kids?
Or just let her be and don't bring your kids to her if they are sick

Makes sooo much sense. I got vaccinated last week and this morn by hubby told me his hemmroids are acting up
