I am on maccabi, vaccinated and flying to usa next week.
How can I get tested in either Jerusalem or bet shemesh in order to leave Israel and enter USA ?
The moked has been unhelpful

Have you tried just making an appointment fo the test through the application? Or does it not let you do that?
Have you printed/downloaded your proof of vaccination via the misrad habriut? Not sure if that helps for flights, though.

You can just make an appointment for the test through the macabi app. They don't require you to have a medical reason for testing.

Make sure they write your passport number on the results. If you tell them it’s for a flight they’ll reprint it the way you need.
