there are so many available. what are the differences and how do you pick one?

there's not much of a difference, and they won't affect the baby's posture. all the "perks" are irrelevant. buy one you think is a reasonable price. the number of coils does not matter, and I doubt you really need a thirty-year warranty.

This is one of those few areas in life where the best choice is also one of the cheapest! Colgate Classica has topped the rating charts for about a decade...and it's also not expensive, as crib mattresses go. It's a foam mattress, not a spring one - and VERY firm.
