We’ll be at the in-laws Iy”h and I feel stupid just showing up with a dumb basket. I feel like I should offer to make something for Shabbos instead. My MIL is the type to not even let me use a disposable cup in her house… So how do I approach this with tact? I can’t just say ‘I’m making a kugel’ she’ll have a cow!

Maybe a pretty candy dish filled with different kinds of nosh or choc covered pretzels-YUM! Its always good to munch on over shabbos...and maybe something a little extra for desert? Good Luck!
