I haven't heard anything about what goes on in Skvere, but if you want a real lag baomer experience, go to KJ. It's the Meron of the US. It's very nice.
If you're asking if you can send them by themselves, yeah why not?

These things don't start until the zman motsi shabbos so 915.
Definitely recommend KJ, there will be around 10k people at least.

There were at least 10K in Skver now.
