A kippah fall is a small piece that is about the size of a kippah-- albeit sometimes a very large kippah- that has hair coming down from it. It covers the area of your head where you place it, and the hair under it, which it blends in with. People wear their own hair down and integrate the kippah fall into it.
an Iband is a regular velvet sheitel band that has a piece of lace on the front and "baby hair" sewn in. It's supposed to give non lace fron sheitels a more natural look.
A band fall has a fuller cap (usually covers about 3/4 of your entire head) and is meant to be worn with a headband over it to cover the front, as it doesn't have a natural hairline. You can choose to show some of your natural hair in front. Some people take out their own hair in front and use it to cover the wig line. And others wear the headband right up to their forehead.
These are all very different products. Before looking further, you should ask yourself how much of your head/hair do you want to cover? And then, what type of look are you going for?
