That is so cool. It's about time we moved past the standard option of "When in doubt, yank it out." and move to more subtle medicine.
This research could completely redefine women's health, and change the lives of millions. The potential for stem cell work is breathtaking in scope.

I hope this can really help women with endometriosis.
But I did find it interesting that she said she had a hyterectomy as a cure to endo. That is NOT a cure to endo at all. Endo is specifically not really about the uterus, its about the tissue that is supposed to grow there, but does not, so even without the uterus, it can, and most of the time, does, still grow and so that is not a cure.
I went years without a diagnosis for this. And so many doctors just dont believe women when they explain just how bad the pain is.
We can always hope things will change and get better.
