And right under that it also says cumi

(and FWIW, Google translate doesn't always know the language of the people or the dialects)

Are you from Hungary or something that you keep insisting on authentic people who I know that were born and raised there and who still live there don't know their own language?

I was born in Hungary. I love this thread. Cumi (tzumi) is Hungarian (not the formal word which is tzutli, but most people use cumi.
Does anybody know the song that starts Lanc Lanc Esther Lanc?

Kutchonyu means jelled. It can be any jelled sauce that is commonly made from fish, chicken legs, or knee bones.
