Not sure of your budget. This is on the pricier side but I really love this skirt. It is very long though, I am 5'8" and it just touches the floor.
In the video it does look like it is see through even though the description says it's lined. I actually contacted the company and they confirmed that it won't be see through and it is in fact lined.
