I've had to modify my plans. I've got an Orange theme (don't worry, my kids are not going to be dressed as oranges! LOL ) for the shaloch manos. I got it from a mailing list I'm on. "orange you glad it's purim?" hyuck hyuck. Orange candy, Orange tea, Orange jam, and a big hamentasch. Not orange. raspberry or apricot. Was going to get oranges but it doesn't seem to be happening.

B"H I had done most of it before because I got a bug. Most shaloch manoses I'm doing through a local store (achdus baskets, CHers) and I have baskets to make for tomorrow for colleagues of DH (I don't want to send them on a taanis) which will have store bought hamentaschen (which is really very unlike me but oh well!) and I'm making homemade for the few local ones I'm doing for Purim.

The meal I'm keeping simple so I'm not worried and I'm doing double duty. Gefilte fish, soup with kreplach and a roast. Maybe maybe potato knishes.

And I have chocolate cake in the freezer from last week and all the junk which will be coming home. Oh joy Smile So I feel prepared. Which is good because I feel so bleh!

I'm hoping to start packaging my mm later this afternoon with the kiddies. I guess I'll see how much I'll get done tonight. I have to reiron the costumes since my kids tried them on and didn't put them back neatly.

Still making costumes, but keep going back to imamother and my machine decided to take a break. Bought everything for seuda and shabbos, just have to do it. Don't do anything fancy for mm and give very few.

Wht's "ready" ? I decide on my theme and costume in the summertime. We always eat the seudah out.

But getting the kids and DH to decide what to do - Sad - they're still not ready !!!!!
