Usually I just crush some gluten free cookies, add some butter, and layer at the bottom of the pan.. it's ok. My gluten free dd loves it, and the rest of us tolerate it.
Would like to hear of other ways to make the crust, so that it appeals to the rest of the family.
Thanks!

I don't bother making a crust at all. We don't miss it.

Ground almonds with melted butter is my crust pesach when making cheese cake.
