Looking into neve shamir any more info about the community? Looks like a beautiful new neighborhood we're hoping to make aliyah in a few years
We're a more middle of the road frum family, open minded, selective about entertainment but have a TV ... all our kids are still under 5 yrs old... we fit into most of the shuls in Kew gardens hills and especially love Breslov and chabad wondering if it's our type 😀

It's meant to be a mix. It will probably be mishkafayim 2.0 if you know anyone there.
There will definitely be a chabad there.

Thanks yes we know people in mishkafaim and it's pricier... any recommendations for realtors? Development I know buying on paper is best before the prices start going up
