Ask your husband how he thinks it smells. Three days in the fridge doesn't automatically mean its spoiled.

Sometimes the cooking kills the bacteria and it is safe.
Sometimes not.
I would think 3 days in the fridge is safe - but when you say there was a strong smell....

I'd toss!! Especially since pregnant!! Just not worth risk. (Consider it a medical insurance type cost...)

I agree. I know how annoying it is to have to toss but it is NOT worth risking it while pregnant especially.

Smell is very sensitive when pregnant, ask about strong smell from a no pregnant person
