The electric goes off on Shabbos. Other days I just force it back in, but it loosens on its own right after.
Am I the only one who has this problem?
The plug where you insert it into the urn, connects loose, so the urn goes off on Shabbos.
Its not a plug issue, because I have a plug from an older Magic Mill urn, and it also has a loose connection, the urn doesnt grab the plug tightly.
Im left on Shabbos with no hot water.
Its more than a year old, is it worth fixing?

Have you ever had any of their urns last more than a few years? I think not. It's up to you if you want to call them and see if they can fix the port or bring it to an appliance repair.

Its that or the pump pots, and the pump pots you have to replace the tops quite often.
I like Stainless Steel. Are there other Stainless urns that hold about 40 cups that last long?
