s'mores cookies?
(General description of s'mores cookies: layer pan with graham crackers, place dollops of cc cookie batter mixed with marshmallows on top, bake and after a few minutes place a square of choc. on top and finish baking.)

Use it to make a crumble topping for fruit pies. It's especially good on apple cobbler.

But those are supposed to be eaten right away, right? I'm thinking of what I can freeze. Also, not so simple to make on yom tov. (A big Pesach treat used to be roasting marshmallows over the burner but we ran into too many shailos.)

I LOVE carrot cake. Even with pareve filling. But I'm the only one and I'm not making it for myself.

You can make a no bake strawberry shortcake using Graham crackers in place of the cake. Its yummy and easy.

Lay Graham’s on bottom of a 9x13, make pudding mix and pour on top, refrigerate.
