Hi! I would love to serve pasta for Shavuos but my husband doesn't like leaving the fire on, so I will just have my fleishig oven and possibly a hot plate. Is there a good way to warm up pasta on the hot plate so that it doesn't dry up and burn? Is it better if I keep the sauce separate and reheat them separately?
Thanks in advance!

Yes keep the pasta and sauce separate. What type of dish do you have in mind? I prep differently depending on what's being served.

Double wrap the baked ziti and warm in the oven.
Choose an alfredo sauce that can be made over very low heat (hot plate plata) and just give it plenty of time to come together. Better than making in advance and trying to thin and rewarm.
