Can I cook my gefilta fish todayand keep it in the fridge? Will it be ok until over YT?
Can I cook and freeze and defrost?
Help!!!
(I have so much to do on erev YT so I need to cut down a few things and do earlier. Can fish be one of them?)

Yes! My kids will eat leftover fish monday tuesday no problem.

I cook 4 gefilte fish rolls and freeze for a month, can't tell the difference.

you can keep it but store seperatly from shabbos fish, so it stays in fridge, just to be safe. it generally lasts 6 days.
