I need help with the logistics of cooking and keeping the food warm for tonight. Should do cook everything right before yt and then keep my oven on 200? I don't want to over cook the food then or should I cook earlier, put everything in the fridge and then warm it up later. Or maybe just cook everything while the men are in shul. I'm thinking not because I'm serving a starter so but the time we are up to the main everything might be cold. And I wouldn't be able to keep it in the oven because it would be on too high. It's a dairy meal so everything is quick. I would have to fry gnocchi, make fish, and quiche. Everything else is cold or reheats well. I am having alot of guests.
Please help me I woke up early and this is all I can think about!

Cook in advance and keep the oven at 200. This way you have time in case something goes wrong and you'll be more relaxed when the company arrives.
