What's the ideal temperature to leave oven on over yom tov? 200? 225? 250?
How long does it take for things to warm up?

I have a friend who leaves it on 200. My mother always left it on 250. I like it bec I can also cook if need be like salmon or even meat for many hours. In terms of warming up, it depends on if it’s cold or room temp. Room temp doesn’t take too long, less than an hour, if it’s cold- longer
