I literally never knew that there are people who don’t use bibs. Why?
Because if you have children that put you through h e l l every time you put it on, you just sometimes just throw in the towel and let them eat without it. I also used to think like you, till I got one of 'those'. Lol!

This is great and can be rinsed in the sink and then hung to dry
I also love this style for my toddler, it ends up being the only bib I use as I can rinse in the sink, no need to wash in the machine. https://www.amazon.com/mushie-.....;th=1
I order them on ali for $3 but this link is available in the US for a lot more (its the exact same item and colors, just a name brand)
My toddler ends up eating straight out of it many times

Or bibs gross me out, it's not that much extra laundry and as a bonus, my kids learn very young how to keep their clothing dirty?

I like the silicone ones with the pocket from target. They catch all the food that falls and wash easily in the sink right afterwards.

My kids always got dirty even with a bib, so I ended up with more laundry than without. I don't care if baby clothes get discolourrd from washing. IME most stains come off. Those that don't come off can stay until the baby grows out of them.

I do 2 bibs: the smock kind and the silicon one with a catcher on top. The top bib catches the worst of it so I can usually give the smock a quick rinse or shake in the garbage.

Or a baby who refuses to wear one..... exclusively BF till an age where they are smart enough to refuse this weird cloth tied around them before every meal......
My gurks were better at it. My son? Absolutely won't wear it. Even the playgroup teacher was surprised. - I did send one. Just incase she can get him to wear it.
He'd rather not eat and I'm not fighting. I put my foot down w drippy ices.
That he's willing to give in for LOL
He's actually a very clean eater as clean as 2 year olds can go. My older girls are to this day messier than him. Drives my bonkers.

And lots and lots of laundry. Oh yeah. LOTS of laundry.
