Hi my boss said if I could figure out how to set up an FSA plan for our business I could take dependent care benefits. Does anyone have experience with this who can guide me in the right direction

I don't know how to set it up, but I use both the dependent care and health care FSA options from work. It give me to chance to take off money pretax to pay for childcare, playgroup, and camp. I also take off pretax for medical expenses such as co-pays, dental, vision, etc that insurance does not cover.

I believe it's usually done through the same service that takes care of medical insurance. Does your company offer insurance?

No but I don't think it goes thru the same company

Why can’t your boss just write the dependent cart checks out directly. I don’t think you need an FSA account.
