I have a biology degree (was planning to go into a medical field and changed my mind)

Currently working at an office job and very understimulated.

I'm toying with the idea of teaching science somewhere.

Do I need a masters or is a BS in biology enough of a qualification?

How much do teachers get paid for teaching middle school/ high school?

I'm a high school chemistry teacher and I love my job! I'm in Israel so don't think I can answer your technical questions.

The best science Wink I'm so happy to be back in the lab with my pupils instead of teaching on zoom.

Most schools I've been in require a master's but they don't care in what. More yeshivish places won't require that even, but pay less.

I made around 30-35k for teaching 3-4 periods of science a day in a MO school. If you teach more full time you can get more.

Thanks, that's very helpful.

Are you saying it doesn't specifically have to be a master's in education?
