Can someone explain to me the difference between a lace top and lace front wig? Also is there any other type of lace wigs?
Thanks

Non lace top wigs are called skin top. The scalp hair is sewn into a skin colored fabric.
On a lace top, the hair is sewn onto a translucent mesh, so it lays extremely flat on the head, and once you line up the part on the wig to the part in your own hair, it looks very natural (or at least that is the point, some don't actually look that good). It is very delicate.
A lace front is a combination. The front, near the forehead, is the sheer mesh so it lays flat on the forehead, but then a few inches back you have the skin top. This is more durable then a full lace top, but gives you that flat hairline as well
