I did in the past. Last time I sent my resume out was for a teaching job about 3 years ago. After that job I worked as a secretary and can't remember what I did. Now I'm applying for both teaching and office jobs.
Would you list for teaching but not for office?
If you do, how many do you have listed, and how far back in time do you go?

You could always write references available upon request. And actually have some references to give in case you are asked!

Yep! If there is an online application process, they often have you upload or input references separately.
