How should I organize the bathroom vanities and make the most use of under sink space?

Get a rollout for under the sink so that stuff at the back is accessible.
If that isn't possible, get the organizers with risers so that you can at least see what is in the back.
If possible you could also put narrow wire holders to store narrow items on the door.

Get 2 small sets of sterilite drawers. You can put 1 on each side of the pipe under the sink. You can put a bin on top of the drawers if you have more height for big things like extra shampoo bottles. The drawers should be labeled and store smaller things. For example, I have a drawer for advil/tylenol, bandaids/creams, extra toothbrushes etc.
