I'd be concerned if a small petite 12 year old had signs of puberty. |
Why would you be concerned?
According to Dr. Noto petite kids, the ones that were born petite and continue being petite, actually reach puberty faster.

I have two siblings who are both petite (5 ft, and 5'2) and they got their periods at 11. Both of them have children B"H with no interventions. |
Wondering the same. My petite 11 year old got it. Dr didn’t seem concerned in the least bit.

No need to freak yourself out, but ppl do need interventions and help. Not every girl gets her period naturally.
If you think something is wrong, speak to a dr.
(I think I'm just triggered by all those saying to chill.)

An endocrinologist told me not to worry about DD not getting her period until 16.
Now she's 16, and I'm not really worried--think it's probably bec she's extremely underweight--but we have an appointment at the endocrinologist coming up.
