Cheap is relative. But westgate and chestnut are relatively cheap areas in Lakewood

Chestnut? The houses I saw were all pretty high price but are you saying cheap for a 2k sq ft old house as opposed to a brand new duplex?

I’d say raintree is on the cheaper side as well together with westgate

Of course. Any neighborhood in Lakewood by now is fully or almost fully developed and had one if not three shuls in that neighborhood

Raintree is not cheap at all for the size/condition of house you are getting. Prices are way inflated - and still there's a bidding war.
