What are your requirements beyond "nice"?

Are you travelling with kids? How many are in your party?

Do you require food with a specific hashgacha?

Yes with big kids. Would like a frum place with chareidi hashgacha but doesn’t have to be because wasn’t expecting to rely on hotel for food.

Almost all Israeli hotels offer substantial breakfasts that are usually included in the price, so if you have specific kashrut requirements it is worth it to check out hotels that are suitable to your kashrut needs.

In Yerushalayim, the Prima Palace Hotel caters specifically to the needs to Haredi guests. You may want to check them out.

I think the Prima Kings, Lev Yerushalayim, Ramada (less centrally located), Jerusalem Gate (also less central), and Montefiore hotels may also suit your needs, but let's see what other haredi posters say (I am not haredi and may not be aware of all the nuances).

Prima palace is a choice hotel for those concerned about proximity to frum neighborhoods and good hashgacha. Decent prices as well.

Was pleasantly surprised at rimon (rimonim?) in tsfat and we were able to eat most of the food. Btw tsfat has their own hashgacha. Blue paper is the highest.

Bumping this up!
Anyone know of new hotels since Covid began that have opened in Israel? Usually we went every summer but skipped the last few due to Covid. Looking forward to going this summer and would like to try new places.
We have already been to :
Yaarot Hakarmel
Royal Beach Tel Aviv
Ritz and Herods in Herzlia
Waldorf,Mamilla and Cramim in Jerusalem
Beraishit in Mitzpeh Ramon
Rimonim in Tzfat

The only new one that I can think of since Covid is maybe Setai Galil?
Setai Tel Aviv is supposed to be fabulous as well.

Also it’s 1 block from the train that can take you to the Kotel or the central bus station, Kotel is about 45 minute walk not too bad, walking e distance to geula, walking distance to Machane Yehuda
