Or agency in Lakewood that works with articulation/clarity issues for a 3.5 year old.

Or speech therapists certified in PROMPT. Look it up online and see if you can find anyone local trained in that method.
Another option is Carol Krakower at Cornerstone Speech therapy, near Lakewood

Many sounds are later developing.

Frumi Garfunkel practice is great. She is very on top of therapists. Lots of continuing education. She doesn’t do it herself but has therapists Peking for her.

He’d been getting speech from early intervention but had to stop as he turned 3

I did not use Frumi personally but I do personally know 3 people who did and all were very happy. These kids were also out of therapy with the problem resolved within a few months- she doesn’t just drag you forever

off the bat as a school aged SLP, /k/ and /f/ dont fully come in until 4, /ch/ and /sh/ until 7 even. they're very hard sounds.

ofc have your baby evaluated by a PP if possible but in general most SLPs wont"touch" sounds as some of them are't age appropriate.

Also Nobody understands him Besides for me and my husband.
This kid also had tons of ear infections and got tubes 2 years ago, hearing tests were pretty bad before the tubes and good now bh, just nervous about social effects this can have as he gets older and I want to take care of it as early as possible, I guess I’ll see how the evaluation goes
