Are ground chicken and ground meat as healthy as bone-in chicken or cutlets and meat?

What are some easy tried and true dinner recipes you make for your family? (Its the 3 of us, a toddler, dh and I)

I work f/t so when I say easy, I mean it, lol

mha3484 recommended this recipe recently.

I made it twice so far. It's so good and easy!

I serve it with rice and and I saute vegetables with the meat (we liked snap peas which don't require prep.)
