I just stopped nursing my baby at 16 months. Hes lactose intolerant so I dont give him cows milk or formula. How do I know if hes getting adequate calcium intake? if not, does anyone know of calcium supplement for babies.?

I give my 15 month old fortified soy milk (as well as American cheese which apparently doesn't have much dairy, but does have some calcium)
