Any recipes?
So far anything I searched for needs protein powder.
I want to make homemade protein bars without fancy ingredients.

Most protein products that aren't expensive will probably be high in fat (reducing the protein percentage of your bars) or just not practical.
Like peanuts or any nuts, which are so common in energy bars. They are really high in (healthy) fat so I find them to not help when I'm looking to get a lot of protein in my body.
Tuna, on the other hand, is practically all protein. But I wouldn't try a tuna bar.
I haven't tried baking protein bars yet, but I consider protein powder a good investment.
