A Hebrew birthday is very significant.
It is the day that Hashem decided the world won't do without you.
Also, your mazel shines extra on the day of your birthday. One is encouraged to use the opportunity to bless others!

I can only speak for the month of Adar and Av. I was born in adar as well as a sibling of mine. Between the two of us we just havta look at each other a certain way and we both burst out laughing. We can laugh and laugh for no reason, we both have easy going personalities. A different sibling was born in Av close to Tisha B'av and that one is the most serious, humorless person I have ever met. No sense of humor whatsoever, even jokes they finally chap a minute too late and even then it's like ok haha but it's not a real laugh.
I've also heard that what day of the week you're born on also has an effect on a person. For example: anyone born on Friday likes to rush things. Anyone born on Shabbos is very calm and chill. I think Monday people have a tendency to get angry quick because the water was divided that day or something like that. Tuesday people are easy going (like myself) because that day was Ki Tov. I don't remember what the other days mean.

I wonder if Teves is a low month for births in general. I mean, it is 9 months after Nisan...

Was wondering the same. It is interesting to note that January and February have the lowest birth rate in the general world. Seemingly so that births don't collide with the holiday season.

Born 20 minutes before shabbos, but I don't think I'm usually in a rush.

Yes, so interestingly Iyar is now in the lead.

Taurus. Stubbornness. People that are comfortable in their zone, with themselves. They need an extra push to go out. They are dependable, stable, and consistent.
