Classic case of roseola. The rash will take a few days to go away. He might still be kvetchy. My pediatrician claims that when the rash comes out they're more kvetchy than before the rash even with the fever.

So I had him seen by a dermatologist and she said its hand, foot, mouth. Not sure if that is a connection or not..
And yes, he is far more kvetchy now than he was when he had the fever.
