Looking for a shiur or parenting class on how to run a successful shabbos table with large number of kids .. any ideas ?

I’m assuming you’re talking about a meal with not just adults 
The way to run a successful shabbos table is to stay calm and smile. There are no rules for a shabbos table. The divrei Torah, zmiros, traditional foods are extra. No one will remember them if it’s done stressfully. Just lower your expectations. And stay calm. They will remember that good feeling of togetherness and genuine interest forever.

You could try chinuch.org for things like parsha games and questions for young kids. And also, the OU has a synagogue resources page that provides parsha activities and questions for different ages and knowledge levels.
I know that's not exactly what you were asking for, but they might give you some ideas of fun things to do at the Shabbos table.
