Most people who had reactions after the 2nd Vaccine (Pfizer), how long after getting the Vaccine, did they get the reaction?

I got my second shot around 3pm on a Thursday, and reaction didn't begin until Friday morning. A low fever and a little nausea. By dinnertime on Friday, I was able to eat and when I woke up Shabbos morning, I felt totally normal.

Also, I was in my last month of pregnancy so that may have made a difference.
