Oh sorry I see now. It looked like a regular cotton tznius dress at first. Never saw such for swim since I pictured short sleeves and above the knee. Might consider if I don’t find. Thanks!

I can’t seem to share the link to their website but check out modli they carry swimsuits of all kinds of degrees of tznius, including short sleeve tunics or tops with a little skirt. I think it’s am Israeli company but it must ship worldwide.

I haven't see it that way. You can shorten the sleeves at the dressmaker.
