How much can I give my almost 3 year old child.
She has difficulty falling asleep and I need to leave the house soon for the night.

Use the the drops. You can give 3-4 drops that age. I wouldn't give more.

I give half a mg to a kid that age. I give .5 to 1mg to my 40lb 4 year old and same to my 50 lb 6 year old. Any more then that they get nightmares.
