We're supposed to have a family with littlechildren by us for Shabbat day, and I was thinking of making shnitzel.
Is there a secret way to make it reheat shnitzel which will make it appetising?

Wrap or cover it very loosely when reheating, so the steam has plenty of room to evaporate.
If the steam stays within the wrapping, it gets absorbed by the schnitzel coating and the schnitzel goes soggy.

If it's fried just put in a tin directly on Plata and it will crisp up. Don't cover. Do it shortly before serving so that it doesn't dry out by the time you eat it.
