Same here! I didn't work when I had newborns and little ones at home. My youngest is now in playgroup. I would love to work, go out, socialize and make money. But where do I start? I have no experience.
Most jobs either want experience
Or they want graduate/young girls.
I feel just like you OP.
It's been so many years but I really want a job

Many years ago my mother was in a similar position. She didn't work from when her oldest was born until her youngest started school. Then she started volunteering in a regular basis in the kindergarten. In time she accumulated experience and contacts, and was able to apply for a regular job in a different kindergarten. Later she moved on to supply and supplementary teaching in the associated school.
She had no qualifications, so she was very limited in how far she could progress, but she enjoyed the job and she wasn't ambitious. She earned a nice extra income, but if my father hadn't been working it wouldn't have been enough.
