Time sensitive: Hard pieces of yeast in dough

I made a dough and now after making balls, I see tiny pieces of undissolved (fresh) yeast. Can I still bake it? Will it be edible?
Help pls

(I mixed the yeast with flour before adding liquid, I didn't realize it can only be done with dry yeast)
